Duarte Blythe Construction Consultants – “DBC Consultants” was launched in Moscow in September 2011 by Carlos Abreu Duarte and Andrew Blythe.

Both Carlos (since 1991) and Andrew (since 1995) have had many years experience in senior management positions on projects in Russia and the CIS.

The aim of the company is to provide high quality, pro-active, professional and independent design, cost and project management services on construction projects as well as other consultancy services, in all sectors of the industry throughout Russia and the CIS.

The company "DBC Consultants" has a membership in the Self Regulating Organisation (SRO) with permission to carry out engineering surveys, design and construction, including especially dangerous, technically complex and unique capital construction projects. The company has a Professional Indemnity insurance policy from the AIG insurer with a liability limit of $ 2 million.
