David Brazhnikov

In 2012, David Brazhnikov became the first employee of DBC Consultants. He has worked on construction projects as a cost manager since graduation and has extensive experience working with a wide variety of projects. He currently holds the position of Senior Cost Manager.

In 2009, David graduated from Peoples' Friendship University of Russia with a diploma in civil engineering. While still at university, since 2006, David worked at Savant as a cost manager assistant.

In 2010, he joined RPSi, then worked for a short period in KPMG and then joined DBC as a cost manager. He has worked on large number of projects such as the Gazprom Tower, Kazan Airport, Spartak Stadium, Metropolis Shopping Center, Pulkovo Airport, Simferopol Airport, Grand Hotel Europe, as well as several industrial projects such as Halliburton, Sveza.

Dmitry Golovko

Dmitry Golovko has been working at DBC Consultants since 2016 as a Senior Project Manager.

In 1987, Dmitry graduated from the Moscow Civil Engineering Institute (MGSU) with a degree in civil engineering. He began his career as a design engineer in the construction department and until 1991 was engaged in the design of facilities of the Ministry of Defense. Until 1993, he was involved in the survey of buildings and structures in a specialized company. Then, until 2011, he worked in a general contracting company, was engaged in the construction of industrial and public buildings. He then worked at AECOM as a Construction Manager and Project Manager until joining DBC in 2016.

The main projects in which Dmitry Golovko participated: Simferopol Airport, VTB Arena, Sheremetyevo Cargo, Park Huamin, Vladivostok Airport, LKZ Plant in Tver, LTE Plant, Karelia Upofloor Plant, Multifunctional Complex “Morskoy Zamok”, metal processing plant, factory " Sibirsky Bereg ", experimental production workshop of the Mikoyan plant, River Fleet base in Volgorechensk and railway base in Ryazan.

Yuri Kapralov

Yuri Kapralov joined DBC in 2014 and is currently a Senior Project manager for engineering systems.

He began his career as a plant foreman and then continued as electrical / utilities manager.

He has extensive experience in managing work on mechanical and electrical systems, various technological installations and engineering equipment.
 
Yuri graduated in 1984 from Togliatti Technical Institute in Russia with MSc degree in industrial power supply.

He worked as the head of the site and the chief electrical engineer in a number of process plants, until in 2001 he joined Hanscomb / Savant / AECOM as electrical / utilities manager. Yuri has experience of working on industrial projects, including Cargill, General Electric, Peugeot Citroen, General Motors Avtovaz, as well as commercial projects including the Park House mall in Togliatti, Russia.

Dmitry Kolyshkin

Dmitry Kolyshkin joined the DBC Consultants team in 2015. He currently holds the position of Senior Construction Project Manager.

In 2001, Dmitry graduated from St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering.

After graduation, Dmitry began his career as a civil engineer at the Swedish company JGB Construction.

From 2005 to 2007, Dmitry held the position of technical director at the American investment company Jensen Group. In 2010-2013, Dmitry participated in the construction project of an oil shale processing plant in the European Union in the team of general contractor Outotec GmbH.

During his career, Dmitry held senior positions in large civil and industrial construction projects, such as the construction of the Pulkovo airport complex, construction of the Gelendzhik airport complex and others.

Elman Abaev

Elman Abaev joined DBC in 2013 and currently is Project Manager.

Elman's professional work began as a construction foreman, but with the time and skill development grew up to the site manager and then to the construction manager. Currently, Elman is the project manager in DBC.
Elman graduated from St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering in 2011 with a diploma of Civil Engineer in Industrial and Civil Construction. In 2013, Elman graduated from the St. Petersburg State University of Telecommunications, having received a specialty in the field of Economics and Management. Before joining DBC as a Construction manager, he worked for ICA Astaldi for a long time.

Elman has experience of working on industrial projects, including Cargill and AVON, hotel construction projects, including Park Inn, Grand Hotel Europe and Hyatt, as well as experience in the construction of airports Pulkovo and Simferopol.

Alexey Gerasimenko

Aleksey has over 15 years of experience as a Cost manager.

In March 2007, he joined Savant International and worked there as a Cost manager. In 2009, he continued to work at AECOM. In 2011, Alexey joined Bovis Land Lease as a Cost planner and was later promoted to Manager of the commercial department. In April 2013, Alexey joined DBC Consultants as a Cost manager.

Alexey has a wide range of experience in a variety of sectors, which include industrial, corporate, government, retail/leisure, residential and transport, sport, private and high-rise buildings.

Alexey has a deep knowledge in cost estimating, procurement strategy, tender process and negotiation management, cash flow forecasts, payment valuations, contractor change negotiations, final account settlement, claims management and value engineering.

He worked on large projects, such as VTB Arena Park, airports - Pulkovo, Khabarovsk, Gelendzhik, Outlet Pulkovo and Belaya Dacha, factories -PSA, SCA, AVON, Sveza Novator, AstraZeneka, Boston Scientific, Topcon offices and many others.

Currently Alexey has a position of Senior Cost manager.
