DBC Consultants provides cost management services during renovation of the office complex “Vozdvizhenka Tsentr” which is located on the site of the historic building of “Voentorg”. The main target of the project is a complete modernization of the building according to international standards in such key locations as the reception, lobby, elevators, parking, inner atrium and other public areas, as well as converting shopping areas into office spaces.

The facility features:

• Area – approximately 70 000 sq. m;
• 8 floors;
• Business center class - А.

Within the framework of the project, with the participation of DBC Consultants, the following tasks were implemented:

• Cost estimation of all architectural concepts and all sections of design documentation;
• Budgeting;
• Organization of tenders for general construction contract, supplies and subcontracting with the preparation of tender documentation;
• Accompany of design, construction and installation works in order to control costs and evaluate changes to the project;

During the implementation of the project, it was possible to achieve a significant optimization of the cost of design, as well as to control changes during construction, which made it possible to keep the project budget within the stated figures.

The services are provided in the interests of the customer and investor - the international Fosun group.
