DBC Consultants provides project management services for the reconstruction of the JetBrains campus located in the Primorsky district of St. Petersburg, on the shores of the Gulf of Finland.

The two existing eight-story towers were put into operation in 2019 and became JetBrains’ new home. As the company grew, larger areas were required to accommodate its employees, and a decision was made to erect a new office building. The existing towers and the new building will be connected by covered arcades on the ground floor level.

An international architectural competition was held to select the architectural appearance of the new building, which DBC Consultants organized.
