The architectural company Zaha Hadid Architects won a closed international architectural competition for the project of the Sberbank Technopark in Skolkovo.

The Zaha Hadid Architects concept has become the best of five presented by the world's leading architectural agencies: from the UK, Russia, the USA and Italy.

The competition for the Technopark project turned out to be the most noticeable and important event of 2017. Sberbank Technopark in Skolkovo will be one of the unique buildings in Russia.

The area of the Technopark will be 266 thousand square meters. The 10-storey building will operate more than 14 thousand people. The height of the building is 52 meters; it will have 54 elevators, 16 escalators.

Technopark PJSC Sberbank is a modern multifunctional platform for the implementation of innovative projects of the bank. In accordance with the concept, Technopark is a neo-futuristic seven-story building with a transparent glass facade and optimally organized space inside. The technopark is divided into the necessary functional areas: an open-space office, meeting rooms, conference rooms, and relaxation areas, catering areas, specialized rooms, and parking for vehicles. The facility is subject to environmental certification according to the "green" standard, which means the introduction of advanced and energy-saving technologies. 

DBC Consultants carried out work on calculating the cost of construction and consulted on construction technology during the development of a conceptual project.
