DBC Consultants acts as the General Designer for the project -“Reconstruction of the main production building of the North Milk Plant”, Gryazovets.

The design team of DBC Consultants performs work on the development of design documentation and includes the following activities:

• Development of design documentation in accordance with the Russian Federation Government Resolution dated 16-02-2008 number 87 "On the composition of design documentation and requirements to their content";
• Technical support in the Expertise of the Stage P documentation and organization of the correction of the identified deficiencies during the examination, with the aim of obtaining a positive conclusion;
• Development of Materials on Environmental Impact Assessment; Section “List of measures for environmental protection”; The project of the sanitary protection zone and environmental expertise;
• Development of working documentation;

The production site of the plant is located in the southeast of the city of Gryazovets and occupies 4.7 hectares. The plant is equipped with Czech equipment; during the reconstruction, equipment of Russian and Swedish manufacturers was additionally installed. The production capacity of the milk processing plant currently ranges from 200 to 400 tons. Northern Milk JSC is at the stage of reconstruction of the existing main production building.

The premises of the plant are intended for the production of milk and dairy products.

The reconstruction of the plant will provide:

• Raw milk processing using modern equipment with the development of the plant's capacity in the future up to 550 tons / day
• Production of milk, butter, cheese, brine cheese, desserts, milk powder, as well as other products according to the product matrix.

Completion of design work is scheduled for 2020.
