The DBC Consultants team was engaged by “Kolmar” Management Company as part of the Denisovsky Mining and Processing Plant construction project with a capacity of more than 6 million tons per year.

DBC Consultants provided advice on the project implementation strategy and project management, and also took part in organizing tenders and negotiations with general designers and equipment suppliers, as well as in the tender for the general contractor for the construction of the above-ground complex.
