DBC Consultants provide project management services with the performance of technical customer and construction control functions on the project “Increase of plywood production by 52 thousand m3 per year at the SVEZA Novator plant” in the Novator village in the Vologda region.
The plant was founded in 1910 as the Velikoustyug Plywood Mill, and in 2002 became part of the SVEZA Group. The enterprise produces high quality birch plywood that meets the latest russian and international standards.
The new full-cycle production line - from sorting raw materials to packaging finished products - will produce large-format film faced plywood and other by-products. The project includes construction of the following facilities:
- New areas for raw materials processing and sorting
- Reconstruction of the main production building
- New three-storey administrative complex
- Glue preparation area
- Wastewater treatment plant
- Additional entrance to the territory, parking lots and other infrastructure facilities
