Within the framework of the project DBC Consultants control the construction of the following complex of buildings and structures:

• air terminal complex
• station square with driveways for cars and public transport
• parking and pedestrian areas
• auxiliary buildings and structures necessary for the functioning of the air terminal complex

Facility’s parameters:

• Building area –16 781 m²
• throughput capacity of the air terminal is 1 million passengers per year

To select the architectural appearance of the new building, an international architectural competition was held, the winner of which was the Italian architectural bureau Fuksas. A feature of the new terminal of Gelendzhik airport will be its roof, which symbolizes a bird hovering over the bay during a change of direction.
