The DBC Consultants team was engaged by Allegro, LLC as part of a project to build a plant for the production of railway wheels in Nizhny Tagil. The area of the plant is more than 80,000 m², and the production is up to 300 thousand wheels per year.
DBC Consultants carried out the following tasks within the project

•    Evaluation of existing schedule for compliance with the chosen project implementation strategy
•    Evaluation of the overall logic of the presented schedule and links between works / operations / stages
